 We're just a little family-owned restaurant trying to make it in the "big city" amongst the big food chains in a struggling economy.
If you ask Joan how she came up with the concept she'll tell you she pulled the idea out of a hat - figuratively speaking. But really, the idea came from having dinner with her friend, Jerry. He told her that if they can do it in France out of a cart why couldn't an entire restaurant concept be made out of it? Joan liked the idea and began looking into it. After much research, she decided it was time to make a move. Since she didn't know how to make crepes (let alone had one!) she went out to California and learned how. After that the rest is history!
Many of our loyal guests come in and tell us we have the best crepes in town! So why don't ou come on in and try one yourself!

(From November 2009) If that French heroine ate crepes like these before charging into battle, it’s no wonder she emerged victorious. For a savory crepe, we indulged in the Santa Fe, with chicken, onions, cheddar cheese, avocado, sour cream, and a puckery lime/cilantro sauce. We felt like kids eating the strawberry-banana-Nutella crepe for dessert, with its snowy dusting of confectioner’s sugar. Black and white photos of Paris line the apricot walls. BYOB.
